Sakthi Exports is equipped with the right infrastructure to enable the production of our eco-friendly products like coir mats, palm leaf plates, and so on. 

We have a factory running from 2010 to produce coir mats and rolls along with other organic products. The factory is a vast space that houses a number of machinery. They are very flexible to help us manufacture a wide range of products at varying dimensions and thicknesses. We are able to produce a daily quantity of around 1500 square meters.

Our Coir extraction machines are of the latest specifications. It is the primary reason why our products speak quality. We can speed the production no matter the complexity of the process since the machines are so capable of adapting themselves to our requirements. 

We conform to the guidelines set by the respective authorities and have made all the necessary provisions required in the factory to enable seamless and a safe production process. Sakthi Exports ensures that our infrastructure facilities are regulated and maintained according to the rules. It helps us keep our machines in top form to produce the highest quality products. 

The in-house facilities are very well-equipped. We always strive to keep up with the latest development in the industry if it means enhanced production capabilities and ease. So far, we have delivered excellent quality products with our current infrastructure. We would take more steps in the future to improve our standards by introducing new machinery in the manufacturing process. It will allow us to function at a higher rate than our current position.
